CMYK IT Services (IT support), Big Change Job Watch (job management), Xero (accounting/payroll), and Microsoft 365 (email, storage). All processors operate under UK GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.

7. Business Transfers

If we sell or buy any business or assets, we may disclose personal data to a prospective buyer or seller as part of that transaction. Such sharing will be lawful, limited, and subject to confidentiality safeguards.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for its purpose, following our Data Retention Schedule:

• Accounting and tax records – 6 years
• Employment and payroll records – 6 years after employment ends
• Project data – 7 years after completion
• Recruitment data – 12 months after application
• Vehicle tracking data – 12-month rolling basis

9. Data Security

We protect personal data through physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards including password protection, antivirus software, firewalls, and access restrictions. IT systems are managed by CMYK IT Services.

10. International Transfers

Where data is stored or processed outside the UK (for example, by Microsoft or Xero), transfers are protected using the UK-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

11. Your Rights

Under the UK GDPR you have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your data, and to request portability. Requests can be submitted to HR@energytech.ltd and are handled under our Subject Access Request Procedure.

12. Marketing

We do not carry out direct marketing campaigns. Any communications are limited to legitimate business contact or service enquiries. We do not sell or share data for marketing purposes.
